Common questions

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Pilot Study stops running new analyses until you subscribe. Nothing you already made is locked away or deleted. Projects and exports are plain files on your Mac.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly is month to month. If you cancel, Pilot Study keeps working until the period you paid for runs out, and everything you exported stays yours.

Is there a student or academic discount?

No, and that is deliberate. One price for everyone, students included. One honest number: $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year.

Mac App Store or direct download?
