Scan the board before you open a session.

Cases sort by integration signal: expansion, silence, and needs review. Readiness and the strongest quote sit on the card so you know which room to walk into next.

Collect

Consent first. Then one response at a time.

A live session cannot begin until consent is recorded. Walk the case guided, with progress visible, so incomplete work surfaces while the participant is still in the room.

Apple Pencil

Sketch in the room. Keep it with the case.

Open a Pencil note while the session is still live. Memos and sketches stay attached to the person they belong to, and travel with the case through export.

Export

Hand off when the cases are ready.

Check readiness, prepare the package, then send to MM Studio on Mac via iCloud, to ReliCheck on the web, or restore a saved study. The meaning stays with the file.
